Service

This site helps you pick the correct office page and open the secure order flow. Collection is at Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp. Results go to your officer after the lab finishes.

Your obligations

• Order the panel your officer required.
• Finish payment on the secure tab. Do not use Back there.
• Bring photo ID and the barcode email (or a clear screenshot) to the lab.

SMS

Start SMS is optional. You agree to receive texts from Lab Testing Solutions about ordering, barcodes, and labs. Conversation content is stored with Twilio. Reply STOP to opt out. A person remains 404-919-1288. Msg & data rates may apply.

External sites

Order, barcode, lab map, and help portals are on Lab Testing Solutions hosts. Those sites have their own terms. Links open in a new tab so this page stays available.
